AYC Commodore Bill Gilroy, AYC Recording Secretary Al Ashley, and AYC Treasurer John Dent conceived the AYC Email Notification System. They earn points towards their Poker Run flag by attending each of the 5 Poker Run events each year. The Associated Yacht Clubs were formed in 1925, when a consortium of 5 yacht clubs in the Toledo, Ohio, area decided to pool efforts for better boating interaction.
